How to use

Depending on the size of your bathtub and your preferences, use anything between 1/4 and the entire bottle for one full bath. To benefit from the salts properties, use at least 1/2 bottle.

Dissolve the salt in hot water, then adjust the water temperature to your bath temperature – preferably 2 degree warmer than your body temperature. If you bath too hot, your skin will not be able to absorb the minerals. Stay in the bath for about 20 minutes.
