Shipping and Delivery
We are delivering all orders, as e-commerce has been allowed to operate during lockdown stage 4. So you can browse & order – we deliver to your door!
We deliver your order free of charge from a minimum order value of R330 with standard delivery in South Africa.
For orders below R330 we charge a flat rate of R59 per order.
If you choose express delivery, we charge R59 for orders above R330 and R89 for orders up to R330
Free delivery might not apply to specials and promotions.
We deliver Worldwide to over 200 countries with DHL express.
The shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Should your country not be listed please send us a quick message.
We do everything to get your order to you as quick as possible. The delivery time depends a bit on where your shipping address is, and how long the courier needs to reach it from our Johannesburg warehouse. As a rule of thumb you can expect the following delivery times for standard delivery:
Johannesburg: Same Day for orders placed before 10.30am, next day for orders placed before 16.30pm
Greater Gauteng: Next working day
Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth: Next working day
Delivery to Rural areas might take longer, however usually 1-3 working days.
Orders with standard delivery will only get delivered on weekdays – no weekends and no public holidays.
If you choose PARGO delivery time depends on your pick up point, usually 2-4 days.
If you choose express delivery, your order will get delivered on the next working day.
In case you need a delivery same day, after hours or on a weekend or public holiday, please contact our Customer Happiness Team – they will make it happen!
