Easy and free returns for (almost) everything.

If you are not 100% happy with an item that you received from us, we will make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange it. Please follow our returns procedure in order for us to help you as quick as possible, don’t hesitate to contact us with any question.

 A few rules apply to returning or exchanging items to us, here they are:

Should you not be happy with any of the delivered items, or should we have sent a wrong or damaged item accidentally, please log the return on with us within 15 calendar days after delivered to you.

Our courier will collect the item from you in case your item is eligible for free returns. Should the product not be packaged properly, the courier might refuse to accept it, so please pack it nicely

Items bought on Sale or on Promotion are not eligible for free return. If you wish to exchange an item bought on sale or promotion, please contact us so that we can check if a different size/style is still available and put it aside for you. After receiving the unwanted item back from you we will ship the correct size to you at your cost or issue a voucher of the value of the purchase price or refund you.

Please log the return on our RIGHTLAND Return Page within 15 calendar days after delivered to you and send back the item you want to return or exchange.

Please make sure that you try on all Lingerie, Swimwear and Underwear wearing your own, clean underwear underneath and without removing the hygienic seal.
We understand that sizes vary and sometimes it doesn’t fit as desired. We therefore offer you to exchange lingerie, swimwear and underwear under the following conditions:

For any above mentioned product to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be unworn and undamaged and all hygienic seals must be in place. We cannot accept any items with missing, replaced or removed and re-attached hygienic seals for exchange or return.

To exchange for a different size or return an item, please log a return of the product within 15 calendar days on our return website.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Returning Unwanted Products

You can return any unwanted product to us, free of charge, if

– the product is unused and unworn in it’s original packaging
– all stickers, labels, tags, are still attached, and it is complete with all accessories and parts
– you have logged a return on our returns website within 15 days of delivery to you
– it is not a product listed under 3.
– your order value is more than R330

2. Free returns

We don’t charge you for returning a product and we don’t charge you for collecting it from you. This counts for all products of orders higher than R330 that have not been purchased on promotion, sale or clearance sale.

3. Returns

The following products are not eligible for returns:

Books and Magazines
Foodstuff, Beverages and other consumables intended for everyday consumption
Unsealed beauty and personal care products
Products made on custom and /or personalised order

4. Exchanges

Availability provided, you ca exchange a product for a different size or style. We will collect the unwanted product from you and deliver the new product if available. If none is available we will give you store credit or refund you.

5. Returning damaged or wrong products

If we accidentally delivered a wrong or damaged product, please log the return within 7 days after delivery on our returns website. Will will collect it from you and replace it with the correct / undamaged product if available, repair the product if possible, or refund you. In case a package was damaged upon delivery, please check if the content of the package is undamaged. Should any product be damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier and send it back.
Should you only notice damages to packaging and products later, please send us pictures of the damaged packaging along with your return ID.

6. Warranty

We provide you with a standard 6 month warranty on all purchases. Should any of the products you receive show defects, poor quality or material damage, please log a return for this product on our returns website. We will collect the product free of charge and either repair the product if possible, replace the product if still available, or refund you if none of the options are available or if we are not able to repair or replace within 15 days.

The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, alterations or modifications of the product, failure of adequate care, abuse, incorrect usage or intentional damage.

7. Promo Codes, Coupons & Gift Vouchers

Should you return any product that you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, we will refund you with store credit for the part of the purchase price that was paid for with a Gift Voucher.

Should you return any item of an order that you paid for using either a coupon that grants you a fixed amount or a percentage as a discount, we will deduct the value of the discount from the purchase price of any returned items and refund you with the balance.

8. Inspection

We will inspect all returned items for damages and missing parts and validate the product for return. We cannot validate worn or used products. Should any part of the product be missing, it is in our discretion to refuse the return or to deduct the value of the part from the refund.
Should a returned product not qualify for return in accordance with our refund policy, you might be liable to reimburse us for any collection and re-delivery costs.

9. Refunds

We will refund either with store credit or refund you on your initial payment method within 10 days after the return has been validated.

Shipping Costs and donations cannot be refunded.

10. General Returns and Refund Terms

a) The product needs to be in its original packaging, unused and unworn, with all labels and seals fully intact. It must be undamaged, in saleable condition,
no part can be missing to be eligible for return or exchange.
b) The Warranty does not cover or include normal or excessive wear and tear or any damage from any use that does not reflect the common use of the product or any intentional damage, modification or alteration.
c) Products purchased at reduced price might not qualify for free returns
d) If you return any Items to us on your own behalf and cost or without logging a return, it is in your responsibility that the item arrives at RIGHTLAND. Please do not send any items to Post Offices or any other place where we have to collect it, as we won’t be able to do that. We do not reimburse for any postage or shipping insurance for items sent to us on your behalf.
e) If a returned item was purchased with a voucher, the value of the voucher will not be refunded in cash.
f) If a specific supplier offers an extended warranty or return time for specific products, that is described on the products page, this warranty might overwrite the RIGHTLAND return policy.
